We visited this quaint Mexican place in the area of Napa. Happy hour is from 3-6 pm. J Carlos was great super friendly and the meat was so tasty. If you're in the area, check them out there was the delightful treat in Napa.

Happy hour was amazing. Our server, Juan Carlos was the best! Super fun and friendly atmosphere.

Stopped by around 1:30 PM after our midday hike at Linda Falls--definitely worked up a good appetite! The restaurant wasn't busy, and we got seated right away. There was only one server handling the entire restaurant, but she was very attentive, and our food came out quickly once we ordered. Our group had a bean and cheese burrito, mole enchiladas, and a three-item combo with two mexitacos (shredded chicken) and a chicken tamale. Portions were huge and definitely worth the price. The food was pretty good overall, though the chips and salsa were just okay--the salsa tasted more like something from a jar rather than fresh. Solid spot for a post-hike meal with generous portions and good service!

Service was great. Agua de Jamaica delicious. Tacos Al pastor where a good 4/5. What impressed me actually where the French fries they where really crispy and the corn dog I got for my daughter. Thank you!

Frida's is the best!!! Their food is delicious. Favorites of mine are the chicken tamales, the Jalisco salad, and the fish tacos. Their margaritas are great and the service is always very good!

The ambiance here is charming! I love the serapes used for tablecloths and the rest of the decor and cloth napkins! The servers were attentive and very nice and it seemed to be a favorite of the locals. I had the breakfast tacos and asked for corn tortillas instead of flour. They were stuffed with scrambled eggs, chorizo, and potatoes with a good size portion of refried beans and rice. Everything was delicious and I topped it with the tasty homemade complimentary salsa that they give you right away (with homemade chips). My partner had the Scrambled Burrito that was stuffed with bacon, cheese rice and beans, cut in half and topped with red mole on one half and green mole on the other. It came with breakfast potatoes and he loved it! Now we have a favorite place to come to when we come back every year and trying other dishes!

The decor is traditional Mexican decor. The unique part is having lots of Frida Khalo's artwork dining the walls. The food was what we typically got when we lived in San Diego, which we love.

Authentic Mexican food where the locals go. There is a fun, small bar to watch sports, especially the 49er games. The chips to start are thin & light. I like Fridas Spanish rice because it's light & fluffy. I also like how they offer black beans as an option. I enjoyed the crispy chicken tacos. They have a crispy shell, shredded lettuce to the side, cheese with a side of guacamole. Only wish their salsa was slight spicer.

Well, I'm new to Napa and I've been wanting to try this place. I found out that they show the NFL, unfortunately, they just show whatever game is on network TV. I found out after I ordered breakfast. First of all, the ambiance is very cool. Paintings of Frida cover the walls and the decor is on point. The staff are friendly and fast, no monkeying around here. I ordered the huevos con chorizo. It was delicious. It came with a side of frijoles and rice, also delicious. I got a side of crema and verde salsa. It was a treat for the taste buds. I had the flour tortillas, also delicious. I highly recommend Fridas. I will be back.
